Jeremey A. Miller, Esq.
Jeremey was born in Longmont, Colorado. He then moved with his family to Pennsylvania where he spent most of his childhood. At the age of 12, he and his family moved to mid-coast Maine, where he attended George's Valley High School. Jeremey then returned to Pennsylvania where he completed his undergraduate studies at Penn State University, Class of 1997. Jeremey moved to Concord, New Hampshire to attend Franklin Pierce Law School, graduating in 2000. In October, 2000, Jeremey founded J. Miller & Associates, PLLC in Concord, New Hampshire. J. Miller & Associates is a full service law firm specializing in business, trademark/copy right, civil disputes, administrative hearings criminal defense, and estate planning.
Jeremey currently resides with his wife and three children in Canterbury, New Hampshire. |

Kevin Chisholm
Kevin was born and raised in Natick, Massachusetts. He attended the University of Massachusetts where he received his undergraduate degree in 1987. Kevin then attended Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, NH receiving his Juris Doctorate degree in 1995.
Kevin has practiced law for over ten years in the areas of family law, criminal defense and bankruptcy. He has also represented individuals and municipalities in many areas of municipal law, including land use and zoning.
Kevin resides with his wife and children in Concord, New Hampshire. |

Tim Chevalier
Attorney Timothy Chevalier is an Associate with J. Miller & Associates, PLLC in Concord, NH. He has a general practice, with a focus on Real Estate, Loan Modification, Bankruptcy, and Litigation.
Prior to joining J. Miller & Associates, Attorney Chevalier worked for the DiLucci Professional Association as a paralegal where he became skilled at handling Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.
Attorney Chevalier also has experience before the New Hampshire Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Rules. In 2008, he successfully petitioned to amend a court rule.
As a law student, he worked on complex personal injury litigation while clerking for D'Amante Couser Steiner Pellerin, P.A. in Concord, NH. He interned with the American Center for Law in Justice in Washington DC across the street from the United States Supreme Court. In this position he focused extensively Constitutional law and civil rights litigation. He also interned with the Grafton County Attorney's Office where his work with prosecutors provided insights that enable him to more effectively represent defendants.
While in Law School, Attorney Chevalier was elected to a position on the Board of Governors of the Law Student Division of the American Bar Association. This 22 member Board represents over 50,000 student members. In this position, he assisted with formulating national policies for the Division and was a regional leader of the law school chapters in four states. Attorney Chevalier will use these same leadership skills as he represents your interests. |
